Had the shuffle been getting that much more popular HAL closed it down? The guards at T3 starting moaning to manager, the managers actually looked at the data and then making a decision?
I wonder if CX (or CX's own elites) has had enough and instead of them turning away T5 pax they asked HAL to do it.
Perhaps a fellow Amex member can try arguing "BA pax has BA lounges in T5, CX pax has CX in T3, but there is just one Centurion, in T3, and we members paid the AF to access it, unlike T5-to-CX folks getting an extra freebie" hm.
btw why is this thread it the Europe/Europe?
