They have not! My Citi card closes on 13th -15th and miles post to my aadvantage account 2 days later. Every single month.
Is OP confusing aadvantageeshopping (certain vendors delay purchase confirmations for that long) and/or aadvantagehotels (every booking of mine has required customer service interactions to get miles; usually 10 weeks after and 3 emails later.)?
