I have had the horrible fries, but right now I am two in a row for great fries! I even ate a second bowl of them during approach lol.
Maybe that makes it three in a row.
My understand is that they need to be heated several minutes longer than the meal prep instructions say.
Don't give up on them, just update the instructions!!
