The rate with breakfast included is always the cheapest rate available at this hotel. every time I have stayed here...so yeah....breakfast is usually a given at this place with any room (and it is a PHENOMENAL breakfast buffet, to boot).
If you are staying for 4 nights or more then the lowest rate offered is a Stay Longer Pay Less rate which includes breakfast, which is perhaps the type of rate you have been booking. If you are staying for less than 4 nights then the lowest rate (Book Early & Save member rate) does not include breakfast, unless you specifically add it at extra cost.
