Finnair has said that the purchasing power of current award points will remain more or less the same, and that this is accomplished by reducing current award tables using the same factor 3:2.
Before the actual tables are published one can't know for sure, and while some occasional deviations from that 3:2 principle might happen, don't expect any substantial changes to award tables using avios to redeem finnair flights through Finnair plus program.
Meaning HEL-DOH would be priced around 30k points + taxes + 30€ extra surcharge in economy for members of Finnair plus.
