I absolutely loved my three night stay in March. Folks in the lounge were extremely helpful. I agree that the evening hors d’oeuvres are not the best, but so many great food options in Yokohama that I didn’t care. I’d rather eat out. I would’ve preferred nicer fruit in the morning.

Service was outstanding in all areas at the hotel.
