I have a friend who has the CSR, and his wife was diagnosed with esophageal Ca in August, about the 15th. He had to cancel their September trip BOS to DPS. Chase unwound the flights to Bali, no problem. However, he did submit a claim for the cruise they were supposed to go on with us back in September. He has ADHD, very highly functional, think Musk-like, but also dyslexic. I had to walk him through the steps to apply for a claim. As he says, computer stuff is not in his wheelhouse. But calling was very helpful to him. He has not gotten a check yet, so about 2.5 months for him so far.
