We had this recently, and thought about booking 2 cars because we had a lot of luggage. However, Emirates online chat support were clear that if we had two cars then we each had to travel in one of them - we couldn't have a second car just for the luggage. In the end they were able to confirm Mercedes V class which had plenty of luggage space, so we just went with that.
For future ref, this is a discussion to be had directly with the CD company and it’ll be easily cleared up. You can even book two vehicles on the system and then articulate what you actually require to the CD. Same goes for timings etc..
