I personally think all these stories should be collated and submitted to a journalist who writes about consumer protection etc. One of my biggest gripes is having to constantly fight for points that have not tracked, been removed etc. BA ought be to held account as their portal clearly encourages people to buy through some retailers and not others, they should offer a system that works properly. I even got a transaction manually added because it didn't track and the retailer cancelled it 2 weeks later. Complete waste of time..
