Understood and respected but that said I would have expected a 5 star to have working HVAC and plumbing
as I would a Hilton Garden Inn.
The hotel should have a recovery plan in place for a guest with a failed stay without the need to contact anyone outside of the property.Unacceptable IMHO amateur performance @ The Park and can long term damage trust in the brand to deliver reasonable expectations.
The noise issue is quite similar to Hyatt Regency Sydney with select rooms by their night club
but at least I trust the hotel to come up with a solution and or recovery effort.
