AFAIK, breakfast is not included standard in all rates at this IC Bali Jimbaran. You definitely need to book a breakfast inclusive rate or have lounge pass / Club room or Diamond status and chose it as an amenity.
The IC Bali Sanur on the other hand seems to include breakfast for everyone, even on points bookings, at least that was the case still in summer 2023 and has not changed to my understanding.
