Yesterday at about 7.00pm booked two redemptions, cancelled one straightaway and cancelled the original booking; no emails but everything else worked/showed correctly. It is reassuring to have the email as there is then something in my domain not the BA universe. Emails here this morning. Maybe the person who writes the emails was away?
