Been there three times, the executive lounge doesn’t do check in. Diamond members get upgrade to premium executive (junior suite). Executive level rooms and lounge are nice, view is great, service below average asian Conrad standards, location is 5/5. Still definitely better than the Marriott, JW and Westin nearby
