Yes, indeed just wrapped up my stay and it was the case. Yes, I can also confirm the four hotels listed above have allowed me room service breakfast, also PH Paris. Personally, I prefer to eat my breakfast very slowly throughout the day and it would be super tacky (ep. in Europe, in a high-end hotel) to ask for a to-go bag.
