I had a tremendous stay here. i ended up Ubering to and from the hotel from the airport, which worked well (even if I accidentally selected the Park Hyatt Melbourne as my destination upon arrival into AKL lol).

I was granted an early check-in, which was very much appreciated, and upgraded to a Harbor View room with balcony as an Exploirist. The room was wonderful and everything worked properly. Amenities in the room were plentiful, and I very much appreciated the welcome gift of a bottle of NZ Pinot wine and a chocolate bar on the bed.

The food was overall good here. The "executive lunch" was a good value. Dinner was good, as was the service in Onemata.

The spa was tremendous with plentiful amenities. Very serene.

The best stay I have had in awhile and I can't wait to return next time I am in Auckland.
