Thanks; You are right and the refine query is there and is most useful. I'm deleting my d) remark on my comments, based on your valuable input.

My PNR also came directly from AA. Apparently it only becomes a problem once you start flying it, that is, checking a PNR of a started yet unfinished itinerary. If that proves to be the case at least we know for sure which PNRs this tool is able to pull, which would be great.
