Surprised the name of this thread hasn't been changed yet.
Had a recent 2 night stay here in the off-season and occupancy definitely felt very low and service levels were pretty low to match. Was told there'd be no housekeeping unless we were staying more than 3 nights, which was fine with us. When walking to the room, we noticed there were a few large bags of trash left by housekeeping in the hallway, which was a bit odd. They didn't get removed until sometime the next day. We booked a basic room and were upgraded to a valley view suite, which was pretty spacious. It takes a few minutes to walk to self-parking, which could be treacherous in winter or rainy conditions.
Breakfast was okay, though as others have said, repetitive. Was asked if I was a Globalist when we went to breakfast and then presented a bill to sign that already had gratuity included, though nothing was on my bill at checkout.
Really beautiful views around the resort. Wouldn't go out of my way to go back but if I was going to be in the area, I wouldn't mind staying again.
