For when I am traveling regional, especially PSA, I purchased a Travelpro Maxlite 5 carry-on rolling tote. If I spot an overzealous GA, I retract the handle and carry it like a briefcase, wheels in. Never once been challenged. Downside is it’s small and only good for a couple of days travel.
