Just had a 4 night stay at a JW Marriott and the EQN & the points did not post for the last night. Surprisingly, for the 3 nights it did post and it was really quick, post check-out.
What would be the best way to reach out to Marriott about this - missing stay request/form(they might say that the points have posted for the stay — which it did, but one night less!), Bonvoy champion email, Twitter, social media?
basically looking for the most capable department to handle this without any messes. Thank you!
I recently had a similar thing happen and emailed
[email protected] with my info, the stay info, 2 of my past stays for verification and a .pdf of the folio and it was resolved in a less than a day. YMMV.
