There's a Peet's and a The Plant in T2, amongst other places to get coffee.
I like Peet's but I don't like waiting in line. My coffee strategy at SFO is to get a cup at a restaurants that you wouldn't think of as places to get coffee. Even then, the coffee has been good in my experience.
