Exactly! They've clearly never heard of die hard mileage runners trying to get that extra segment or two in. I'd much rather just be able to input the two airport codes and get my options back.

Oddly enough, Expedia seem to do complex bookings quite well but I've never used them (oddly enough, I've never used a travel agent accept for business travel).
