Since the MVP upgradable fares worked for these, I was able to grab SAN-SJD RT for $209 each person each way that immediately confirmed in to first class. Unlikely I will use these, or at both of them anyway, as a week in Cabo is a little too long for us. Especially a Wednesday to a Tuesday. Those date restrictions are annoying, but understandable.
