I'm confused by the rant. What exactly were you wanting AS to do about your delayed FJ flight? I think most of us understand if you have a partner airline that has issues you deal with them directly, not AS. Did you ever pick up a phone and call FJ?

I'm not defending the very low level of training AS staff seem to have now, but I am not sure this one is an AS issue.
