Is EN going to wetlease or is part of the deal removing more and more of the network from *A proper?

Kinda glad now I'm mostly going to OS territory...

also am slightly worried if the "solution" to CLH scope issues would be to unload more feed to EW instead. (edit: but it seems the answer is move CLH to CLX? and the question with the deal is then, what to do with CLH as such, as there is no more <95 to assign to them?)
