Should be - biggest issue is long walk from arrival gates to customs, though that usually moves quickly as does security. Bus is every 4 mins and takes about 8-10 mins. Given D boarding (on ANA) is usually max 30 mins before departure (and I've found usually doesn't actually start at the stated time, but later) you should be okay if inbound on time.
Question for others . . . I just did a D-->I connection and there's signage in T2 indicating a different path to the bus that isn't via baggage claim/arrivals area. I didn't take it and went to the curb. What would have happened if I did follow that signage?
