Terms do say cancellation fee is up to £35.00 capped at the RFS rate... which is £0.50 on LHR-GVA?
Apologies, but I'm confused about what RFS actually is.
So if I was to select the 9500 Avios + £35.00 option on a flight to Germany, would I still only be charged on a cancellation £1 please? Would I get £34 refunded to me?
