Comment: Stayed during thanksgiving eve for 1 night. Lines to check in werent too bad at 1pm, took about 15mins in queue. Was tempted to use the app to check in but decided to just wait in line, however later on was able to link my reservation with the mgm app after verifying my account. Good way to check if the charges are credited properly. Check out was easy as well through the app but did not get a summary of the charges as the link Amex sent was broken and unable to download. One small issue during the stay was that the cards were not coded properly for a 4pm check out and also for the parking. Had to visit the front desk and luckily there was not a queue during breakfast time.
