Are there any Hyatt Regency hotels in Asia you can cite as examples of this? Outside of COVID era, I have not been to one in Asia that offers such service. The last time I received such service in a club lounge was at a Ritz Carlton, but I don't think it's fair to compare that brand with the Hyatt Regency brand.
Of my recent visits, the following HR properties offer made-to-order egg options in the lounge, some with live Chef station:
- HR Beijing Wangjing (live station)
- HR Hong Kong Shatin
- HR Kota Kinabalu
- HR Bali (live station)
- HR Danang
The following directs Globalists to the main Market Cafe for breakfast as lounge was closed during breakfast:
- HR Xi'an
- HR Wuhan
- HR Beijing Shiyuan
- HR Tianjin
- HR Kuantan
Of the above, I was given the option at the following to eat at either the Regency Club or the Market Cafe (or both):
- HR Beijing Wangjing
- HR Kota Kinabalu
- HR Bali
- HR Danang
