I had a 10 hours layover, and managed to snooze in the room for a couple hours, not the most comfortable but worked for my stay. There was a pillow and the duvet/ blanket same as flight.
I also recommend a hotel for 24 hours layover. After a good night sleep in the hotel, you can always return to airport earlier to explore the lounge
Thanks for sharing this. I didn't see it in the videos available and saw some people sleeping on the couches with feet up. This is good. I like the arrangement Iberia has in Madrid in their T4S lounge
