Your flight on the 14th was affected by this, where one of the airforce's F16 had a bit of an issue and caused a runway to close. But yeah Scoot packs their flights a bit too tightly which means unless you're on the first flight out of SIN there's a likelihood you'll not arrive right on time with Scoot.
