Just stayed one night on points - standard 1K room but on the 18th floor with great views towards the USS Midway (Seaport tower). Room was very well cleaned, bed was great, but furniture is getting a bit worn out.
Found street parking nearby to avoid the extortionate parking fee - easy to do with a disabled badge (which is my wife's, I just had to bring her to and pick her up from the hotel).
Top of the Hyatt drinks prices are really high, mainly for the view, and it was very busy on a Saturday evening. What annoyed me was the 6% (or so) 'employee benefits' surcharge, I try to avoid places which have this instead of just adjusting their prices and paying their staff a fair wage.
All in all a reasonable stay but would not go out of the way to stay there again, also considering I have had good benefits and upgrades at Marriott hotels due to being Platinum there - I'm only Hyatt Discoverist.
BTW: they did not give me the $10 F&B credit for the Top of the Hyatt, part of the destination fee benefits. I now figured out they should have done that even when the fee itself is waived.
