Whole itinerary will have bag allowance based on allowance for marketing carrier of first flight. Not mentioned in OP whether that is based on AV or UA allowance, as we only know that first flight is UA-operated, but not marketing carrier.

That said, Outbound will be free bag based on silver waiver. Return will be based on whatever allowance is on ticket, again based on first segment marketing carrier, without UA premier waiver.
