This just gets better and better. The 60 XP was credited on Oct 1 but not posted until Nov 14. Because the XP counter reset on Oct 31, the 60 XP are gone. What a pointless exercise this card is.
I had the same thing happen - miles posted November 14, backdated to October 2nd when my card was approved. Thankfully that didn't create any problems for me, expiry-wise.

It’s such amateur hour with Brim that it def seems like they handle the miles posting via manual data dump. My bet is we see miles post every few months when ever someone chooses to export the data to FB.
