I have a trip coming up where a friend of mine and myself are going on a cruise. He is flying IAD-DFW-TPA and return. I'm flying TUS-DFW-TPA and both of use are on the same flights between DFW and TPA in both directions. I now understand that I call in and get my friend (I'm currently PPRO about to turn EXP, he has no status) seated next to me on the DFW-TPA and reverse flights). Is there anything I can do to get him better seats on IAD-DFW and reverse. I payed for my ticket and I'm using my miles for my ticket.
