I was in Prague in the middle of November. It was the off-season, so everything was affordable. Though, it was very cold and rainy. But, considering that the weather was similar to what I was experiencing here in PHL, it wasn't bad. I loved Prague. I am going back, sooner rather than later.
I had a chance to visit Krakow, Poland, and was impressed with that city as well. I encourage a visit to either or both of those two places. Thankfully, they haven't switched over to the Euro... yet. The dollar gets a decent exchange rate against both the Crown (CZ) and Zloty (PL).
