Limousine bus service lists your hotel as a get on point for buses direct to NRT between 07:10 and 16:10, so unless your flight leaves after 22:00 I don’t see an issue. If the information from the Limousine Bus website is incorrect or out of date and there is an issue, your hotel concierge will have their own hot take.

If there isn't a well timed bus to your hotel you can take a cheaper bus to Tokyo Station (or a less cheap bus to Shinjuku or T-CAT) and get a relatively inexpensive taxi from there. But with wheeled luggage I tend to prefer taking a train.
Made it from NRT. Was not nearly as bad as I was expecting. Had to wait a bit for the NEX but then a fairly quick taxi ride from Tokyo Station and that was that.

Tbh it didn’t feel much worse than at the beginning of my trip when I took the monorail fr
HND followed by taxi from Hamamatucho.

Was not planning on returning but fell in love with this city and adjusted the rest of the trip to have 36 hours back here.

Pretty sure it’s my favorite city now!
