Will I still be able to use my earned elite status if I do not apply my Delta loyalty number to my ticket reservations?
For example, I book a flight with Air France and add my Flying Blue number. I don’t have elite status with Flying Blue yet. However, I have elite plus status via Delta skymiles, but I do not want to put that frequent flyer number in because I want the miles to go to my Flying Blue account and not my Delta Skymiles.
Can I still receive my elite status benefits somehow like Sky Priority, extra baggage allowance, lounge access, etc
