I understand you will be travelling to Narita Airport from the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi. I have no idea what time or day of the week your outbound flight is.

Limousine bus service lists your hotel as a get on point for buses direct to NRT between 07:10 and 16:10, so unless your flight leaves after 22:00 I don’t see an issue. If the information from the Limousine Bus website is incorrect or out of date and there is an issue, your hotel concierge will have their own hot take.
