And UA 777 transcons actually serve real meals. At least the IAD-LAX ones, anyway. For example, the breakfast is usually an omelette or fruit plate choice, not that scorched - and scorching - croissant.
I'd suspect the 747 and three-class 767 transcons also serve real meals.
