...Because adding meant to a vegetarian lasagne would make it a shockingly bad vegetarian dish. 😀 The grain bowl is a pre-order-only option in this cycle, so the lasagne is the main vegetarian option. Flights from 900-1299 miles get one hot option and one cold option. It's 2023, and about to be 2024 -- it's no longer accepted by the general public that the vegetarian option is automatically the cold one. Most of us have got used to vegetarian pasta dishes years (if not decades) ago, as a nice hot option.

If you read upthread, lots of people have tried the cauliflower lasagne, and for better or worse it's rated better than many "normal" protein mains. Try it, you might like it.
