Its on property, for people who have been before they built it over by where the mountain bike trails in the outpost have been. It is NOT cheap as is anything on the peninsula is usually super expensive $155++ / person. If you want to zipline much better to do one of those combo tours or hacienda gauchapelin. Further away but you get way more bang for your buck.
Witch's Rock Canopy should be much cheaper, AND IS VERY CLOSE as well. I'm sure they would gladly pick you up from the Andaz, though I have no personal experience in them doing so.
A couple notes as I'm still here now. The beach club doesn't have a chance to open by Dec 15 IMHO - but it could open in reduced capacity. The current setup on Nascolo beach is ok, but not as great as it used to be. The new setup however sounds fantastic with setups for regular on beach dinners. I heard they are building a pool as well. There will also be a kids club outpost there. Should be fantastic!
For those who have been before they leveled the old buildings and look to be constructing a building about twice the size of what used to be there.
Yes this property has raised its cost - points and $$$ wise, but it still is an absolute great place to escape to for families and couples a like with lots in the area to do.
To note - on the peninsula we went for a bike ride in the morning about 20 busses full of construction workers passed us. There is MASSIVE construction of at least 3 communities, the beach house, and the whole Ritz Carlton reserve going on right now. Interesting note, most of the construction workers are all from Nicaragua.
