Correct. I stayed at St Pancras in 2018 (Lifetime Titanium or was it Platinum with about 1200 nights at the time). It was my 50th and we used points. They charged me for an upgrade. It was an experience but wouldn’t rush back as we order Canary Wharf and they look after us so well
