We are checking out on December 28th and want to maximize our Amex Hilton Aspire credits ($250 this year + $200 next). Anyone have success asking the hotel to wait a couple days before settling the folio?

Also, is there anything we must make a reservation for before arriving? We are pretty flexible on dining.
