Arg.. I just got a bill for $139.95 related to a 5-day Hertz rental that involved crossing the Whitestone bridge twice -- once driving from LGA to CT, and once returning to LGA. Shows as the "All-Inclusive" Fee. This is ridiculous. What is the current best advice for working through this?
