I raised a feedback form, a copy of the bookings was provided and they just regurgitate the normal terms and conditions. Another frustration of dealing with Turkish Airlines. I've also had to chase points recently for partner flights.
You need to be very patient. I had a Booking com stay in July post last month only, so waiting 2-4 months is nothing usual.
