Interesting that ba has the lowest brand recognition (and it visually seems other quality perception indicators) of all three iag airlines.
Also note the transition to the use of automation and ai for customer care - now expect a machine rather than human to ignore/misunderstand your question. Having experienced the system with AA I can assure you it’s the work of the devil!!
also I’m curious what makes ib “full service” but ei in between??? Is that just because ib offers short haul c or is there a more sensible reason I wonder?
