Thanks for everyone on this thread for the advice. Great flight with SV to BKK but the TUN leg was an older plane as someone pointed out. Hoping to fly again with them next year.

I have emailed but not had a response, I'm trying to sign up to add airmiles but it's asking for a national ID. Coming from the UK I don't have one and my passport doesn't work. How do you get around this pleasec
