Me thinks a 3-4 is sometimes too generous. The
domestic JL Sakura lounge at HND is one example.
However, I've appreciated Priority Pass lounges for the usual circumstances, e.g. delayed flights, a drink and a snack, and even printing out a return ticket/itinerary (to anticipate passport control requests in certain countries).
