Might, just might, try a different browser in incognito/private window (disables add-ons/extensions) if necessary. I find MS Edge seems to work best out of 3 I use. Doubt if it's the cause (more something on their end).

Yes, departing in 13 hours. Tried Chrome, Safari and Safari incognito, same issue - "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later or contact our customer care."
