CSR is great for two main reason for me 1) restaurant PP and 2) transfer to Hyatt. I use both liberally. I've had so many good steaks and other meals for my whole family in restaurants and then go to a regular PP to rest. What an amazing deal. Had a massage too

But the main thing for me is Hyatt. Amex doesn't have appealing transfer partners for me because I don't have any loyalty to any airline.

I always book the cheapest flights but stay at Park Hyatts
